New update - bugfix in Nebulus level

Many thanks to Graham who kindly reported a bug in the Nebulus level when leaving by the left or right. This has now been fixed, and Super Spectrum World 0.23 is now released.
Edit: Just realised that none of my posts were being shown as I forgot to tick the "publish" button. Geez.
